Hussain Kuwajerwala’s career in the entertainment business began on a small scale. He began his career as a model, appearing in various ad campaigns and TV commercials. His acting debut came in 1996 with the TV serial Hum Paanch, in which he played the role of Gattu. However, his breakthrough moment was the portrayal of Chirag Virani in the Star Plus TV serial Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi and later, Sumit Wadhwa in the family drama Kumkum - Ek Pyara Sa Bandhan. A few of his other popular shows on TV are Krishna Arjun, Rishtey, and Sajan Re Phir Jhooth Mat Bolo, which was the follow-up to Sajan Re Jhooth Mat Bolo.
Hussain then went on to host many popular TV reality shows, including Khullja Sim Sim, Indian Idol, Nach Baliye, and India’s Best Cinestar Ki Khoj. In 2013, he made his Bollywood debut in the film Shree, marking another milestone in his exciting career journey.
Hussain Kuwajerwala and his wife Tina Kuwajerwala won the dance reality show Nach Baliye 2 in 2006. In 2015, he competed on the reality show Khatron Ke Khiladi and reached to the semi-final.
