Plot

In the 2006 film "Don 2006," Vijay (played by Shah Rukh Khan), a Mumbai simpleton, is recruited to assume the identity of Don 2006, a known crime leader, and unknowingly becomes entangled in a high-stakes game. The opportunity for Vijay to infiltrate Don 2006's gang and acquire important information arises when the real Don 2006 is apprehended by the police and is assumed dead.

Roma, a police inspector who is committed to bring Don 2006 to justice, is encountered by Vijay as he descends further into the criminal underground. Roma is portrayed by Priyanka Chopra. They together unearth a labyrinth of lies, treachery, and worldwide criminal activity.
