Tridha Choudhury is an Indian actress. She is well known for her Telugu and Bengali Films. She made her television debut in the Star Plus series, Dahleez as Swadheenta Ramakrishnan which premiered on 14 March 2016.
Tridha was born into a well-to-do family in Kolkata. She completed her schooling at M.P. Birla Higher Secondary School, Kolkata. She completed her graduation in Microbiology and was always inclined towards dancing since her childhood.
Tridha started her acting career in 2013 with the Bengali film named, ‘Mishawr Rawhoshyo’. It was directed by Srijit Mukherji.
In 2014, Tridha appeared as Aaheli in the Bengali film, Jodi Love Dile Na Prane. She also appeared as Meghna in Khaad. This was yet another Bengali film.
In 2015, Tridha appeared as Sanjana in Surya vs Surya. This was her Telugu debut film. She also appeared in the Bengali short film named ‘Merry Christmas’, which was based on the home delivery of goods. Riya was the name of her role in this short film.
In 2016, Tridha appeared as Sohaag in the Bengali film, Khawto. She also appeared in the Star Plus show, Dahleez as Swadheenta Ramakrishnan. It was by Fortune Productions.
In 2017, Tridha was seen in the Viu India's web series named Spotlight with Arif Zakaria as Sana Sanyal.
In 2018, she appeared as Nikita in Telugu film, Manasuku Nachindi. She also appeared in the Hoichoi web series, Shei Je Holud Pakhi as Vaidehi. It was by Eyewash Productions. She also appeared in the YouTube web series, Dulha Wanted as Aarti.
In 2019, Tridha appeared as Yasmin in the Bengali film, Shesh Theke Shuru. She appeared as Priya in the film 7.
In 2020, Tridha appeared in Telugu film, Anukunnadi Okati Ayinadi Okati. She also appeared in the MX player's original web series Aashram, as Babita. It was by Prakash Jha Productions. She also appeared as Antaraa in the Zee5 web series, The Chargesheet: Innocent or Guilty? She also appeared on the Amazon Prime web series, Bandish Bandits as Sandhya.
Tridha is a trained Indian classical and Oriya dancer. She crowned the title, Calcutta Times Fresh Face 2011.
