Plot 

'Chup Chup Ke' is a film that tells the narrative of Jeetu (Shahid Kapoor), a young man who is drowning in debt and financial difficulties. He devises a scheme to pretend to commit suicide by drowning in the water in order to escape the constant pressure from his creditors. However, when he is saved by a fisherman and taken to a coastal village, his plot takes an unexpected turn.

Jeetu is misunderstood as a deaf and mute man in the community due to a number of comical misunderstandings. He gets caught up in a series of amusing scenarios while attempting to keep up the appearance of being silent and get around his new environment.

Jeetu meets Pooja (Kareena Kapoor Khan), a stunning young woman who is actually deaf, while he is in the hamlet. Due to the continued hoax, Jeetu falls in love with her but finds it difficult to communicate his feelings. Jeetu makes it his goal to assist Pooja's family while they struggle with money issues in the meantime.
