Chitrashi Rawat

Chitrashi recently got married to her boyfriend Dhruvaditya Bhagwanani. The couple got married on February 4th, 2023. The Chak De India fame star invited her co-stars from the movie. Vidya Malavade and other stars were also seen in the beautiful wedding ceremony.

Tirath Rawat is Chitrashi Rawat’s father’s name. Not to be confused with Tirath Singh Rawat, the Chief Minister of Uttarakhand.

Chitrashi Rawat got her education from the Guru Nanak Academy. Later for her bachelor’s degree in mass media, she went to St Andrew's College.

Chitrashi Rawat is well-known for her debut role in Chak De! India as Komal Chautala. In the film Chak De!, Chitrashi Rawat was cast in the character of a hockey player. India by the producers following a Jabalpur audition. The movie became a worldwide hit, and Rawat earned a reputation. 

Prior to entering the acting world, Chitrashi was a qualified hockey player. She was 17 years old when she began playing hockey. Chitrashi Rawat was a left striker.

The Priyanka Chopra starrer movie Fashion (2008) was Chitrashi Rawat’s second movie. The movie was well-received by critics and was profitable at the box office. Later in the year 2009, alongside A-list actors Sanjay Dutt, Imran Khan, Shruti Hassan, Mithun Chakraborty, and Ravi Kissen, Chitrashi played a major role in the action movie Luck. Her character was called Shortkut. Chitrashi’s performance was praised by critics.

In 2011, Chitrashi starred in the romance drama Yeh Dooriyan. In 2012 Chitrashi Rawat shared the screen with Riteish Deshmukh and Genelia D'Souza in the hit romance film Tere Naal Love Ho Gaya.

Along with co-stars Vidya Malvade and Sagarika Ghatge, Chitrashi has also participated in the Minute Maid pulpy orange marketing campaign.

Chitrashi Rawat made her television debut on Iss Jungle Se Mujhe Bachao, which was the Indian adaptation of I'm a Celebrity. Get Me Out of Here. In 2013, Chitrashi appeared in the Indian sitcom F.I.R.

On Star Gold, Chitrashi Rawat has hosted Sabse Favourite Kaun. She was in Comedy Circus 2. In Madhur Bhandarkar's Fashion, she played Shomu. She later participated in Iss Jungle Se Mujhe Bachao, the Indian adaptation of I'm a Celebrity. Get Me Out of Here. Chitrashi Rawat starred in the short film Rubaru, which was directed by Tisca Chopra and released in 2020.
