Meri Aashiqui Tum Se Hi is an Indian Television Hindi Language Drama. It was aired on Colors TV from June 24, 2014, to February 19, 2016, with a running time of 22 minutes. The plot of the story revolves around Ishaani Joshi and Ranveer Vaghela have been childhood friends for 20 years because of the fact that Harshad Parekh, the stepfather of Ishaani, drives Kailash, the father of Ranveer. Because of the differences in their parents' backgrounds and the fact that they are both growing up together, Ranveer has always loved Ishaani but has been hesitant to acknowledge it, remaining simply her best friend. Later, they have a disagreement, and miscommunication causes them to part ways.

After two years, The daughter of a wealthy jeweler, Ritika Zaveri, is engaged to Ranveer, a successful businessman. Due to Harshad's passing, Ishaani's family is currently struggling financially and is poor. Ranveer, who still loves Ishaani, leaves Ritika and marries her in order to save the honor of her family. Later, he is wrongly charged with murdering Chirag. 

Ishaani, however, accepts responsibility instead, betraying Ranveer's confidence in the process. And from here, the story takes twists and trunks with several interval gaps in months.
