Shalini Pandey is an Indian film actress who has appeared in Telugu Tamil and Hindi films. She made her Telugu cinema debut in Arjun Reddy (2017) and she has subsequently appeared in the Tamil film 100% Kadhal (2019) the Telugu movie Mahanati (2018) and 118 (2019) and the Hindi film Jayeshbhai Jordaar (2022). Pandey was placed 19th on the 2017 Hyderabad Times Most Desirable Women List.
Shalini Pandey is aged 29 years old as of 2023. Pandey was born on 23 September 1993 in Jabalpur Madhya Pradesh. Her zodiac sign is Libra.
She grew up in a middle-class family. Her father works for the government in Madhya Pradesh. Her mother is an accomplished Carnatic singer. Pooja Pandey is her younger sister.

In an interview the lead actor Vijay Devarakonda stated that in order to play the part of Arjun Reddy while filming the film he avoided viewing light-hearted comedy films and instead wanted to watch dark films.
Despite Kabir Singh's (2019) Hindi remake the film was dubbed in Hindi and released on Star Gold on December 15 2019. The moment in which Arjun confesses his love for Preeti in a classroom is heard in Punjabi in the Hindi adaptation while in the Hindi dubbed version it is heard in Marathi.

Jayeshbhai Jordaar is a 2022 Indian comedy-drama film written and directed by Divyang Thakkar and produced by Yash Raj Films' Aditya Chopra and Maneesh Sharma. Ranveer Singh plays the eponymous character the son of a traditional Gujarati sarpanch who believes in equal rights for men and women in society. Shalini Pandey also appears as do Boman Irani and Ratna Pathak Shah in minor parts.
Jayeshbhai Jordaar was originally scheduled to be released in theatres on 2 October 2020 and later on 27 August 2021 but the COVID-19 pandemic in India caused its postponement by the makers who chose to wait for the pandemic to pass before releasing it on OTT platforms. The film was released in theatres on May 13 2022. The film failed miserably at the box office
The film Maharaja starring Junaid Khan Shalini Pandey and Sharvari Wagh in the key roles began shooting in Madh Island Mumbai in February 2021. According to Bollywood Hungama the period drama is based on the 1862 Maharaj Libel Case in which the Maharaj sued a journalist and reformer named Karsandas Mulji for writing an article that questioned the values of a Hindu sect called the Vallabhacharya Sampradaya of which the Maharaj was a member. According to reports Junaid Khan will play Mulji in the film.
Shalini has agreed to portray the female lead in Moodar Koodam Naveen's 'Agni Siragugal ' a film starring Vijay Antony and Arun Vijay. T.Siva the owner and producer of Amma Creations has filed a complaint against Shalini Pandey for defrauding. Shalini Pandey allegedly abandoned 'Agni Siragugal' after shooting for 27 days and refused to appear in the movie again.
Following many attempts to persuade the actress producer Amma Creations T. Siva is said to have filed a criminal complaint against her and taken the matter to the Tamil and Telugu Film Producers Councils.
Shalini stated that she will participate in the initiative regardless of the consequences. She stated that her life desire is to perform in Bollywood films and that she is willing to bear the repercussions in order to work with Ranveer Singh.
