The 2015 movie 'Katyar Kaljat Ghusli' required him to speak only in Urdu, a language he had learnt thanks to his training with Meena Kumari in 1966 while filming 'Majhli Didi,' and he gave a great performance there as well. He constantly thanks renowned actors like Sanjeev Kumar for helping him rehearse challenging sequences and Hrishikesh Mukherjee for teaching him film editing. As the director of the Hindi comedy program 'Tu Tu Main Main' on Star Plus, Sachin Pilgaonkar made a successful entry into Indian television in the 1990s. Both his wife Supriya and the renowned actress Reema Lagoo appeared in this well-liked series. In 2017, during the milestone of completing 50 years in his film career, Sachin Pilgaonkar penned his autobiography titled 'Hach Maza Marg.' Concurrently, he composed a ghazal under the pseudonym of 'Shafaq' for noted director Govind Nihalani's Marathi directorial debut, the 2017 film 'Ti Ani Titar.' The ghazal, called 'Badal Jo Ghir Ke Aaye,' showcased yet another facet of Sachin's artistic prowess. In 2018, Sachin appeared in a music video for the song 'Amchi Mumbai Changali Mumbai.' However, the song failed to hit the right note with his fans and garnered a mixed response overall.

Balika Badhu(1976)

Ankhiyon Ke Jharokhon Se(1978)

Hiren Nag's drama film "Ankhiyon Ke Jharokhon Se," from 1978, stars Ranjeeta and Sachin in the key roles. The lovely music of Ravindra Jain enhances the Rajshri Productions-produced movie. Satte Pe Satta(1982)

"Satte Pe Satta," meaning 'Seven on Seven', is a delightful blend of action and comedy, graced by the Indian cinema in 1982. Helmed by director Raj N. Sippy and producer Romu N.
