In 2014, he made his acting debut in Colours TV's popular Beintehaa as Zain Abdullah, the male lead. For this role, he won the ITA Award for Best Actor Popular. In the 2016 Star Plus show Dahleez, Arora played an IAS officer named Adarsh Sinha. In 2015, he took part in the stunt-based reality show Fear Factor: Khatron Ke Khiladi 6, which was shown on Colours TV. Then he was in Thoda sa Baadal Thoda sa Paani and Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin.

Arora starred as SuperCop Jai in Life OK's supernatural drama SuperCops vs Supervillains from 2016 to 2017, which was met with critical acclaim. A year later, he played Rajkumar Angad in the great Star Bharat show Mayavi Maling, also called The Kings Daughters. The story of the show is about finding the strength to fight even the most powerful evils. Set in a world of fantasy. But the audience wasn't impressed, so after three months, it was taken off the air.
In the comedy show Tera Kya Hoga Alia on SAB TV in 2019, Arora played the part of Alok Parihar. For the second season, the show was changed and renamed Carry On, Alia.
