An Indian comedy-drama film in the Hindi language that was written produced and directed by Saket Chaudhary under the umbrellas of Maddock Films and T-Series. Sanjana Sanghi Movie Dil Bechara (2020)

This movie is produced by Fox Star Studios and directed by Mukesh Chhabra in his debut as a filmmaker. Shashank Khaitan and Suprotim Sengupta wrote the script. Sushant Singh Rajput and Sanjana Sanghi play terminal cancer patients in the 2014 American film adaptation of John Green's 2012 novel The Fault in Our Stars. Rajput made an unexpected posthumous appearance in the movie after passing away on June 14 2020 (one month before the movie's release).

Apart from the last scene which was filmed in Paris France the movie was primarily filmed in Jamshedpur and Ranchi with irregular sessions in Mumbai. Amitabh Bhattacharya wrote the lyrics and A. R. Rahman created the soundtrack and score. Setu and Aarif Sheikh handled the photography and editing respectively.

The COVID-19 epidemic and post-production holdups both had an adverse effect on the theatrical release. Rajput's passing on June 14 2020 added to this and led to a digital release on the Disney+ Hotstar streaming service on July 24 2020. It was made available without membership in India and a few other countries on the platform in Rajput's honor.
