Biography

Rinku Rajguru is an Indian film actress. Rinku Rajguru was born on June 3rd, 2001 in the city of Akluj, which is located in the Indian state of Maharashtra. This is the first movie in the Marathi language to cross the 100-crore mark at the box office. At the 2017 Filmfare Marathi Awards, she was recognized for her performance as both the Best Actress and the Best Female Debut.

Career

Rinku's first role as an actress was in the 2016 Marathi movie Sairat. The remake of Sairat, Manasu Mallige (2017), was her first movie in Kannada. In 2019, she also played a role in the Bollywood movie Jhund. Rinku is known for the films and web series she has done in Marathi, Kannada, and Hindi. In 2016, she made her acting debut in Nagraj Manjule's Sairat. Her performance earned her a National Film Award - Special Jury Award / Special Mention (Feature Film) at the 63rd National Film Awards. At the 2017 Filmfare Awards Marathi, she also won two awards for Best Female Debut and Best Actress. In Manasu Mallige, the Kannada version of Sairat, Rajguru played the same part she did in Sairat. After that, she was in films like Kaagar, Makeup, and Unpaused. In 2022, she got her start in Bollywood with the movie Jhund. Rajguru's first digital work was the action comedy Hundred, which came out on Hotstar in 2020. She was in ZEE5's 200 Halla Ho in 2021.

Sairat

PlaySairat is a 2016 Indian Marathi-language romantic tragedy film directed by Nagraj Manjule and produced by Manjule himself through his company Aatpat Production, along with Nittin Keni and Nikhil Sane through Essel Vision Productions and Zee Studios. It's the first movie for both Rinku Rajguru and Akash Thosar. It's about two young college students from different castes who fall in love and cause trouble between their families.

In 2009, Manjule came up with the idea for the story. He based it on his own experiences with caste discrimination, but he ended up throwing it away because he thought it was boring. After he made Fandry (2013), he went back to the story and finished the script for it the next year. Manjule wrote the script for the movie, and his brother Bharat wrote the lines that the actors say. The movie was shot in Manjule's hometown of Jeur, which is in the Karmala Taluka of the Solapur district of Maharashtra. Kaagar

The 2019 Indian film Kaagar is a romantic political thriller in the Marathi language. It was directed by Makarand Mane and made by Viacom18 Studios, Udaharnarth Nirmit, and Bahuroopi Productions. PlayJhund is an Indian sports biopic that will come out in 2022. It is based on the life of Vijay Barse, who started the NGO Slum Soccer. It is made by Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar, Sandip Singh, Raaj Hiremath, Savita Hiremath, Nagraj Manjule, Gargee Kulkarni, and Meenu Arora under the banners of T-Series, Tandav Films Entertainment Pvt.Ltd, and Aatpat Films. In December 2018, the movie was shot in Nagpur. Nagraj Manjule wrote and directed the movie in which Amitabh Bachchan, Akash Thosar, Rinku Rajguru, and Ankush Gedam all have roles. Based on the life of Vijay Barse, the movie is about a sports teacher who, on the verge of retirement, puts together a football team of kids from a slum area and how it changes their lives.

Ankahi Kahaniya

The 2021 Hindi-language film Ankahi Kahaniya was written by Piyush Gupta, Hussain Haidry, Shreyas Jain, Zeenat Lakhani, and Nitesh Tiwari. It stars Abhishek Banerjee, Rinku Rajguru, Delzad Hiwale, Kunal Kapoor, Zoya Hussain, Nikhil Dwivedi, and Palomi Ghosh. Netflix put it out on September 17, 2021. Rinku Rajguru appeared in the middle section of this movie. This entry is based on a Kannada story by poet Jayant Kaikini (Madhyantara) and tells the lost stories of people who just want to find themselves by looking for a way out. Manjari (Rinku Rajguru) lives with her parents and brother in a chawl. On the side, she does embroidery to make money. When she forgets her purse in the theatre after a movie, Nandu and Manjari finally talk after stealing glances and shy smiles. After a while, they decide to go see a movie together at the theatre. The date goes wrong, Nandu has to take care of his sick uncle, who has an unexpected attack, and Manjari has to stay home.

The first thing Manjari does in the morning is run to the movie theatre to tell Nandu what happened. Both of them had bad things happen, which made them feel better. After that day, they get together to watch films, go for walks and go out on dates. They stay there until one day they decide to leave. They leave early in the morning on a city bus, which takes them to the out-of-town bus stops. When they get there, Nandu buys two tickets for them both. Then, they go their separate ways, each to a different place with different hopes and dreams for a better life.

Hundred

PlayHundred is an Indian action comedy series with Lara Dutta and Rinku Rajguru in the main roles. It is directed by Ruchi Narain, Ashutosh Shah, and Taher Shabbir, and it was aired on Hotstar's Hotstar Specials label on April 25, 2020. The plot of the series is about Netra Patil (Rinku Rajguru), who has a terminal illness and finds out she only has 100 days left to live. She meets an ambitious ACP named Saumya Shukla (Lara Dutta) and becomes an undercover agent. In the next hundred days, the two try to reach their goals. It has suspense, emotional ups and downs, action scenes, and even some subtle comedy.
