Mansi Taxak attended Fellowship Mission School in Vapi, Gujarat, for her schooling. After finishing school, she went on to pursue higher education at Bhavan's College, Andheri (W), in Mumbai, where she completed a degree in mass media.

She also served on the jury for a walk-round in Miss Universal Queen 2020, and in 2021, she reached the top 50 semifinalists in the Miss Diva pageant. That same year, Mansi was a Super Judge for the online beauty contest ‘Miss Queen Online.’

In 2022, Mansi Taxak was the highlight of a fashion show for INIFD Indore Times Fashion Week Season 2, displaying Aayushi Agrawal's designs. Mansi has walked the ramp in several fashion weeks, such as those in Bombay, Pune, Delhi, and a Spring 2020 event. She has worn outfits by famous designers like Sabyasachi and Manish Malhotra.

Her face has appeared in ads for brands, including Rajnigandha Silver Pearls and Aarvi Fashions.

Mansi Taxak’s acting career began with a short film titled ‘I Promise’ in 2022, where she acted as Hina. Soon after, she landed roles in Bollywood movies 'Pathaan' in 2023 and 'Animal. She played the role of Umm-e-Hani Fareen, third wife of Abrar Haque (Bobby Deol)
