The lives of medical students are the focus of the television show. It examines the difficulties and concerns they encounter.

The funny storyline of ALTBalaji's Medically Yourrs, which is centred on the challenges faced by MBBS students, brings back wild memories from the days of college.In the midst of the academic and emotional rollercoaster at KIMS, these students, torn between their aspirations and a degree, seek equilibrium frantically.

The narrative focuses on the hardships that Kolkata Institute of Medical Sciences (KIMS) medical students experience as they attempt to handle the demands of their MBBS programmes. Abir Basu (Shantanu Maheshwari), the son of Dr. Basu and the proprietor of KIMS, is shortly presented to us. Dr. Basu is a strict father who wants his son Abir to follow in his footsteps and become a successful doctor, but Abir has no interest in following in his father's footsteps and instead wants to follow his passion of being a musician. 

Next, Nibedita, Abir's childhood sweetheart and polar opposite of him, is presented.In an effort to protect Abir in front of his father, Nibedita works hard to realise her dream of becoming a doctor, much like her ideal Dr. Basu. The complicated ties between Abir, his father, and Nibedita are still being revealed in the narrative, as well as how Abir and Nibedita fulfil their goals.
