A well-liked Indian online series called Mismatched made its Netflix debut in 2020. The television series, which takes place in Jaipur, Rajasthan, is based on Sandhya Menon's book When Dimple Met Rishi. The main leads for the show are Rohit Saraf and Prajakta Koli. It centres on the relationship between Dimple, a determined and ambitious girl who aspires to succeed as an app developer, and Rishi, a conventional and sentimental boy who wants to find love through a planned marriage. The two meet at a summer coding programme, placed in an oddly matched group of six. Character Analysis

These characters were part of season 1 and season 2  and will be part of season 3.  

• Dimple: Dimple aspires to become a great app developer and is a determined and ambitious young woman. She speaks her thoughts without holding back and is independent and self-assured. She is, however, also reserved and dubious of new acquaintances.

• Rishi: Rishi is a traditional and romantic adolescent who supports the notion of arranged marriages. He is considerate, encouraging, and constantly ready to offer a helping hand to others. He is also delicate and emotional, which can occasionally cause him to act rashly.

• Social media influencer Namrata is preoccupied with her appearance and popularity. She is manipulative, egotistical, and frequently insensitive to the emotions of others. She also exhibits vulnerable moments, which give away her inner insecurities and fears.

• Anmol: Anmol is a free-spirited, imaginative, and passionate artist. He is sympathetic and encouraging and frequently acts as a talking board for his friends' issues. He also has trouble expressing his emotions and is reluctant to take risks.
