Story

PlayKurukshetra is a story about the struggle between good and evil, and how truth is sometimes suppressed by people in positions of power and control.

ACP Prithviraj Singh (Sanjay Dutt) is a brave and honest cop. He is feared by all dishonest police officers, rogues, criminals, and crooked politicians. He ruins all of Iqbal Pasina's unlawful business the day he arrives in Mumbai (Mukesh Rishi). Iqbal Pasina begins to admire Prithviraj on that day.

In his personal life, Prithviraj is married to Anjali (Mahima Chaudhry) and has a sister, Aarti. Aarti is head over heels in love with Sub-Inspector Avinash. Anjali is upset because Prithvi, who used to adore her, is now a completely different guy, a man of law and duties.

On the whole, Kurukshetra is an enthralling good vs evil picture that has all the ingredients to appeal to the public, winning performances, bravura dialogues, and ample doses of action, observed critic Taran Adarsh. Sharmila Taliculam of Rediff.com commented, The brutality is non-stop, unyielding, and at times, overdone to the point that you find yourself hoping it would end.

Kurukshetra is a superb depiction of the awful tragedy that is the current scenario in a raging Indian society. It illustrates the numerous colours of interpersonal connections between lawmakers and their bodyguards, with a dash of irony thrown in for good measure. I like the film because of its realism and superb acting.
