The movie revolves around a billionaire who has been missing for a long time. As long duration has passed with no contact with the billionaire, the court is going to declare him dead. A Sunrise Insurance employee Shika Saxena reaches out to a lawyer Tahoor Khan (played by Nawazuddin Siddiqui) worried about the insurance company having to pay a hefty amount to the nominee in court to declare the billainare dead. Here Shika Saxena thinks it's a scam related to section 108 of the Indian penal code and asks Tahoor Khan to take up the case which he agrees to.
