Vineeta Singh finished her education at Rama Krishna Puran and the Delhi Public School in Delhi. Vineeta Singh graduated from IIT Madras with a degree in electrical engineering and from IIM Ahmedabad with an MBA. She is the founder and CEO of Sugar Cosmetic which boasts a 35 000-point distribution network spread across 120 cities in India. As I indicated earlier the company produces cosmetics.

Vineeta Singh successfully completed her B.Tech. studies before passing the CAT (Common Admission Test) entrance exam to pursue an MBA. Her strong performance on the Common Admission Test helped her gain admission to the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Ahmedabad. She completed her MBA between 2005 and 2007. She also traveled to London New York and Deutsche Bank during that period for her three-month externship.

Marriage

When they were both MBA students Kaushik and Vineeta fell in love and married in 2011. Vineeta 33 has been a devoted runner for around ten years and has three times from 2012 to 2014 successfully completed the 89 km Comrades Ultra-marathon.

However 35-year-old Kaushik had been a swimmer while he was a student. After some thought the couple decided to meet in the middle and compete in triathlons in order to integrate both sports.

When Vineeta Singh and Kaushik Mukherjee founded Sugar Cosmetics in 2015 they agreed right away that they would each manage different areas of the company. They had been running a beauty subscription firm and had been married for five years at that point.

Career

Vineeta possesses highly regarded degrees in electrical engineering and a master's in business administration. Her academic accomplishments were sufficient to land her a job at some of the best corporations in the nation if not the entire world. She refused a one-crore-per-year placement deal from a worldwide investment firm much to everyone's surprise. She declined the position because she was determined to start her own firm.

After receiving her MBA she partnered with another IIM student to launch Quetzal Online Private Limited a recruiting company with offices in Mumbai in April 2007. She joined Quetzal as a director. The business provided HT services for hiring and background checks before employment. She spent nearly five years there. When the company could not expand Vineeta decided to follow her passion for fashion.

In April 2012 Vineeta launched FabBag a service that lets people sample three to four well-known products each month from around the world. Early on the business struggled and needed to become successful. Over the years the name gained value and is now associated with more than 50 global brands. Vineeta Singh appeared on the Sony TV program Shark Tank.

Vineeta Singh launched Sugar Cosmetics after failing to launch two other businesses and declining a full-time job offer from a global investment bank. That's accurate. Instead of working on something for others she wanted to create something for herself. With her spouse Kaushik Mukherjee Singh started her third business.International brands like Lakmé L'Oréal and MAC Cosmetics dominate the Indian cosmetics market. 

When Sugar made its debut in 2012 it quickly overtook a number of other domestic and foreign beauty brands to become India's fastest-growing cosmetics brand. In just five years Sugar Cosmetics has become the cosmetics company with the fastest growth in India. The company generates over 100 crores in revenue and operates more than 2500 branded outlets across 130 cities.
