Tigers was released in the year 2014 on the 8th of September in Toronto and it had its theatrical release in India on 21 November 2018. Tigers is also available on OTT platforms like ZEE5. The movie is as long as  1h 30m.

Danis Tanović  is the director along with assistant director Naveen Kasturia and producers of the Indian movie Tigers are  Prashita Chaudhary, Kshitij Chaudhary, Guneet Monga, Anurag Kashyap, Cedomir Kolar, Marc Baschet, Andy Paterson, and Cat Villier. The main Tigers casts include Emraan Hashmi, Khalid Abdalla, Geetanjali Thapa, Supriya Pathak, and Adil Hussain.

During its initial release, the movie experienced numerous delays. After viewing Shanghai, Tanovic changed Nestlé's name to Lasta in the movie and cast Hashmi as the main character after deciding to fictionalise Raza's conflict (2012)

The plot revolves around Ayan a pharmaceutical salesman in Pakistan, who decides to sue after learning that his employer, a multinational healthcare business, purposefully sold a baby formula that causes the deaths of hundreds of babies every day.

The incident in Pakistan during the 1990s, which was the duplication of the Nestlé baby milk scandal in poor nations in the 1970s, served as the inspiration for the movie. Syed Aamir Raza Hussain, a salesman from Pakistan, came forward as a Nestlé whistleblower.

The film received an IMDB rating of 7.2 out of 10.
