Roy is fired from his work for failing to watch over a specific building. When his crowd learns that Adi is using a cassette instead of a trumpet, they start beating him. Manav, the mentally challenged brother of Adi, reaches into a wallet to retrieve a Rs. 50 note from a man, but his hand gets caught in the man's back pocket when he attempts to put the wallet back. Soon after learning, the man beats Manav. After accidently breaking the car window of his father Nari, Boman Contractor is expelled from his home by Nari. They end up living with each other in a woman's home after being kicked out of their houses but are eventually kicked out of the woman's house as well as they fail to pay the rent on time.
They come up with a strategy out of desperation to make money. Manav is instructed by Adi to steal an artwork from the home. They make the decision to sell it to the late businessman Dwiwedi's son. Manav accidently picks up a blank canvas, unaware of its true nature. They jokingly offer Dwiwedi Rs. 20,000 for the painting. Then, without realising it, they take up the original picture with the purpose of selling it to Mr. Aggarwal. Gadha Kulkarni, an inspector, is in charge of the case. He discovers that Mr. Aggrawal spoke the terms "horse" and "grass" when on the phone with someone prior to his death. These words, in his interpretation, are some sort of code. The four get at Agrawal's house. Kulkarni insists on seeing the artwork. He arrests them as soon as he notices the horse and the grass in the painting.
Kulkarni releases the guys while driving down the highway after learning that they are clean. The four are ecstatic until they unexpectedly see a road accident and run into the driver, Don Bose, who is on his deathbed. He claims to have buried a treasure worth 10 crore in Goa's St. Sebastian garden underneath a large "W." After instructing them to share the money equally, he passes away. They run into Inspector Kabir Nayak, who has spent the last ten years trying to apprehend Bose. He makes unsuccessful attempts to elicit information from the four, and they flee and plan to go to Goa.
What follows is a hilarious cat and mouse chase and the race between the four and Kabir Naik to reach Goa first and lay hands on the 10 crores hidden under the 'W'.
