Yashoda is a Tamil/Telugu science-fiction-thriller movie. The main cast of Yashoda includes Samantha, Unni Mukundan, and Varalaxmi Sarathkumar in the lead roles.

Hari Shankar and Harish Narayan are the directors of the Indian movie Yashoda and the producer is Sivalenka Krishna Prasad. Other actors in the movie include Rao Ramesh, Murali Sharma, Sampath Raj, Rajiv Kumar Aneja, etc.

The music for the movie is composed by Mani Sharma. Yashoda was set to be released in the year 2022 on the 12th of August but is pushed due to post-production delays. 

The trailer for Samantha Ruth Prabhu's upcoming movie Yashoda, in which she plays the lead role, teases an intriguing and rather mysterious plot and depicts Yashoda's gynecologist informing her of her pregnancy and giving her some instructions regarding her physical and mental safety and well-being. However, a series of incidents force Yashoda to live a risky life, endangering her health. 

Yashoda was revealed as the movie's title in December 2021. Yashoda is simultaneously filmed in Tamil and Telugu.
