Survivor India is a Hindi TV show that shows 22 Indians set off on a once-in-a-lifetime journey that would leave them marooned for 45 days among the stunning islands of Caramoan, in the Philippines, and exposed to the wrath of nature.

Ranjeet Thakur is the director of the Indian TV show Survivor India and the producer is Niret Alva. The winner of the show Survivor India was Raj Rani. Other participants include Sangram Singh, Jamandas Majethia, Sthitpragya Mohan, Shivam Singh, Abhinav Shukla, Payal Rohatgi, Munisha Khatwani, etc.

Survivor India was first aired in the year 2012 on the 6th of January. Survivor India is also available on the website of Daily Motion. The show was 50 days long and had 22 episodes. The last episode was aired on the 17th of March 2012.

In the picturesque but dangerous Philippines, 22 castaways set out on a trip of a lifetime. Before the show began, the two tribes were chosen. According to popularity, the candidates were split into two tribes: Tayak, which included castaways who were regular people, and Catan, which included castaways who were celebrities.

This first and only season of the series is actually titled Survivor India: Caramoan Islands. From mid-September to early October 2011, it was filmed on the Philippine island of Caramoan.
