Shuffle Dancers are professionals who perform the Shuffle dance which is an improvised dance that was created in the 1980s. The dancer continually "shuffles" their feet inward and then outward while simultaneously thrusting their arms up and down or side to side in rhythm with the music.

The dance, which is typically performed to electronic music, was first seen in the Melbourne rave scene in the late 1980s and early 1990s. The dancing steps consist of a quick heel-and-toe motion, sometimes known as a T-step, a running man variation, and a matching arm motion.
