Satya 2 is a crime thriller film directed by Ram Gopal Varma from the year 2013. The movie, which was simultaneously filmed in Hindi and Telugu, stars Mahesh Thakur, Anaika Soti, Puneet Singh Ratn, Amal Sherawat, and Sharwanand. 

The movie is the fourth entry in the Gangster franchise. The director Ram Gopal Verma before the release stated that it would be his final picture on the underworld and that he now preferred to produce romantic comedies.

Satya 2 is a film about a man who arrives in 2013 and attempts to modernize crime. Armed with the knowledge gained via his research and examination of the errors made by all past underworld dons, he establishes a new underworld business that functions like any other corporate entity. He creates solutions to deal with contemporary enforcement techniques. Because of this, "Satya 2" is about a man whose thinking picks up where the first don's thinking left off.

Shakthikanth Karthick wrote the film's soundtrack's background music. Nine songs from the movie's soundtrack were written by Nitin Raikwar, Sanjeev-Darshan, Kary Arora, and Shree D, with lyrics by Moied Elhaam, Nitin Raikwar, Kumaar, Sonny Ravan, and Shree D.
