Saaho is a Hindi movie about The Saaho movie is based on the real life story of Vikram Batra who was a captain who was killed in the Kargil war.

Actor Prabhas made his Bollywood debut with Saaho. This action thriller as directed by Sujeeth, had a lavish budget of Rs 350 crore and an ensemble cast. Saaho's earnings have topped Rs 370 crore. It was released in five languages worldwide: Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam. 

A specific action sequence in Saaho was shot on a staggering Rs 90 crore budget, making it the most expensive action scene in Indian cinema history. The chase sequence in which Prabhas rides a superbike was directed by Hollywood stunt choreographer Kenny Bates and shot in Dubai. As a result, cars were blown up like there was no tomorrow, and Prabhas commanded the screen like a suave superhero.
