Rustom is an Indian Hindi Language Romantic Comedy Movie. It was produced by  Aruna Bhatia, Nitin Keni, Akash Chawla, Virender Arora, Ishwar Kapoor, Shital Bhatia, Deepanshu Mishra, Prernaa Arora, Arjun N. Kapoor under the banner of Zee Studios, KriArj Entertainment, Cape Of Good Films, Plan C Studios. Akshay Kumar, Ileana D’Cruz, Arjan Bajwa, and Esha Gupta are playing the main roles. Actors like , Indraneel Bhattacharya, and Parmeet Sethi played a remarkable role in this movie. Rustom was released on August 12, 2016.

The Plot of the movie Rustom Centers around Naval officer Rustom and his wife Cynthia enjoying a fulfilling marriage. He soon discovers of her relationship with Vikram, a close friend, and is then convicted of murder. The scenario of a naval officer, whose wife has an extramarital affair with a businessman, is largely based on the K. M. Nanavati v. State of Maharashtra court case.

In terms of box office revenue, Rustom has earned over 2.1 billion (US$28 million) globally, making it one of the highest-grossing Indian movies. For his depiction of the title character, Kumar won the National Film Award for Best Actor at the 64th National Film Awards.

The Movie Rustom was written by Vipul K Rawal and directed by Tinu Suresh Desai. The star cast of Rustom includes Akshay Kumar, Ileana D’ Cruz, Arjan Bajwa, Indraneel Bhattacharya, Parmeet Sethi, Esha Gupta, Usha Nadkarni, and others.
