Raja is a vegetable vendor's kid. His intense honesty causes him to break up with girlfriends on a regular basis. After meeting Priya, he and she fall in love. Ministers are being abducted in the city in the meantime. Police Commissioner Dileep Kumar, who solved the case years ago, has an officer working for him named Nayeem Basha who is clever but underappreciated. 

Raja finds out that Priya is Dileep's daughter and that she would soon wed Mukundham, the son of Minister Govindharaju. And thus the movie plot moves ahead.
