Dev (Yash Pandit), Suhana (Manjari Fadnis), and their buddies are from Bharti, and their enemies from Valley High frequently agitate them. The main reason the Valley High students make fun of Bharti is that they consistently outperform the Bharti students in all interschool competitions that take place each year. 

But one day, a mystery figure named Kabir Mukherjee (Sunny Deol), who they originally feared due to his unkempt appearance and for which they constantly called him "Phantom," saves the Bharti kids from the Valley High pupils. Kabir becomes close to and friendly with the Bharti students, and with time he also softens and normalises, losing his "Phantom" appearance.
