Naagin 6 is the sixth part of Ekta Kapoor's Naagin franchise, produced by Balaji Telefilms. It first aired on Colors TV on February 12, 2022. Sarvashreshtha Naagin Pratha is portrayed by Tejasswi Prakash. Simba Nagpal and Mahek Chahal also play key parts in the series.

Sarvashreshth Shesh Naagin is the protagonist of the novel, and she comes to save the country from a fatal infection. Professor summons Shesh Naagin Mahek to save the planet by assassinating the conspirators (Asurs) and putting an end to the terrible virus. Pratha realises that the virus is being transferred to India in human form as Shalakha's (from Season 4) lethal lookalike, Shanglira, from Chingistan. Later, under the guise of submitting, Shanglira diabolically stabs Pratha in the spine. The Professor informs Mehek that only Shalakha, by murdering Shanglira, can save Pratha. Shalakha had survived Shesha's attack and accepted responsibility for her actions. She was granted a boon that would allow her to become a Naagin at long last.

The show takes a 360 degree turn from here on with all the twists and turns that follows, including betrayal, heartbreaks and revelations. It also explores the characters in great lengths. The show has been very popular and has been garnering views over the years, making it a fan favourite.
