Mithun is a 2018 Marathi language movie directed and produced by Prakash Janardan Pawar for Gulab Productions and MV Entertainment. The film stars Vishhal Nikam, Amruta Dhongade, Parshuram Rohit, and Shravani Solaskar in the lead roles. 

The film, which is set in the little Satara village of Kudal, centres on the relationship of a young couple.

Even though Mithun and Kanchi are secretly in love, they sneakily keep glancing at one other anytime they come into contact. Up until Kanchi takes a brave move and expresses her feelings by getting Mithun's name tattooed on her hand.

The second half focuses on shady politics and a crooked police officer tormenting the main character at the request of the town's political bigwig. What follows is a story filled with love, revenge and redemption which makes it a movie worth watching.
