Kambakkht Ishq Overview

In 2009, Sabbir Khan and Sajid Nadiadwala released the romantic comedy Kambakkht Ishq in the Indian Hindi language. The movie is based on the 1999 film The Bachelor as well as the 2002 Tamil film Pammal K. Sambandam. Along with Aftab Shivdasani and Amrita Arora, who play supporting roles, it stars Akshay Kumar and Kareena Kapoor in key roles. In cameo roles as themselves, Sylvester Stallone, Denise Richards, Brandon Routh, and Holly Valance all play famous actors from Hollywood.

Kambakkht Ishq Plot

At his brother Lucky's and her best friend Kamini Sandhu's hurriedly organized wedding ceremony, Hollywood stuntman Viraj Shergill and medical student Simrita Rai run into one another. Immediately, they start to loathe one another. They both have extremely negative views of the other sex and are adamant that marriage is not the best option for the newlyweds, whom they actively try to dissuade from continuing their relationship.

Simrita persuades Kamini to test her assertion that men are only interested in one thing by making Lucky postpone their wedding for three months. She is confident that Lucky won't be able to do so, and that Kamini will see through her claims that Lucky was just another low-class boy like all the rest. What follows are entertaining twists and turns.
