The relationship between Meera and Vivaan is central to the narrative. Meera doesn't want to look nice for her husband-to-be. She thinks that when a female enrolls in a grooming school, she loses her inherent characteristics. Meera dislikes pretending to be someone she is not. She seeks a compatible partner who will accept her for who she is. Then begins Meera's life adventure when she meets wealthy NRI Vivaan. The mentalities of Meera and Vivaan don't mesh. Vivaan strives to be the ideal life mate and Meera wants her life partner to accept her flaws and still love her. They constantly disagree with one another. The distinction is made by Meera's unique perspective on marriage.

The series, which is set in Punjab, was primarily shot in Mumbai, while parts of the opening scenes were done in Patiala.

Kaleerein received an IMDB rating of 7.4 out of 10. The Tv show dispels stereotypes. a concept with promise and strong performances. The show's title, Kaleerein, is quite meaningful and conveys best wishes to a bride who is beginning a new life. A female doesn't have to pamper herself to the point where she loses who she is the main focus of this Tv show.
