Based on Devaki Nandan Khatri's second book Chandrakanta Santati, the fantasy television series Kahani Chandrakanta Ki is produced in India. The show's creator, well-known television producer Sunil Agnihotri, debuted it on Sahara One on June 6, 2011. It stars Shikha Swaroop, Rahul Sharma, Sahil Goradia, Sparsh Sharma, Shiva, and Bhairav Singh in key roles.

The plot centred on the ups and downs of Princess Chandrakanta's life as well as Yuvraj Inderjeet Singh's romance with Rajkumari Kishori, the daughter of their rival Maharaj Shiv Dutt.

Numerous characters, including Abhimanyu, Paramveer, Tej Singh, Padmini, Chapla, Maan Singh, and others, appear in the plot. Abhimanyu excels as a warrior. In Maharaj's military is Paramveer. Tej is an excellent warrior as well. The outstanding aspect of the serial is the presence of a female soldier from Chunargarh. She has a heart of gold. When it's urgent, she takes care of Chandrakanta. Another female warrior in the series is Chapla. Chandrakanta's father is Maharaj. But unlike her daughter, he rules over a separate realm. He is the consultant for Vijaygarh. Anand and Inderjeet are his grandchildren.
