Ikyawann is a Hindi TV series about Susheel whose family considers her to be fortunate because she is the 51st child, but her college friends tease her because she is tall. After she meets Satya, whose family has a hidden goal for her, things start to shift.

The TV series Ikyawann presents the Ajmeras and the Parekhs, two feuding families,  who are the subjects of the show's narrative. The 51st member of the Parekh family, all of whose female members died in a car accident decades ago, is Susheel Parekh (Prachi Tehlan). Leela Ajmera, who intended to exact revenge on Mehul for rejecting her daughter Kiran, had organized the disaster. The Parekh family relocates to Surat to begin a fresh life.

Years later, Susheel is brought up by her family to become a strong lady. The Son of Leela and played by Namish Taneja is Satya Ajmera. In Surat, Satya and Susheel cross paths and engage in combat in which Satya sustains injuries. Leela goes out to find the girl who injured her grandchild because she wants to avenge her, not realizing that she is Mehul's daughter.
