In an advertising agency, Aditya (Manoj Bajpai) serves as the creative director. Neha (Shilpa Shetty), his medical professional wife, is loyal to him and their child. Amit Singhania (Bakul Thakker), a business executive and client of Aditya's advertising agency, is married to Riya (Shamita Shetty). At a presentation, Riya and Aditya first meet, and she finds him attractive. Aditya has Riya's undivided attention, and she frequently makes advances at him. He initially rejects her approaches but soon gives in to her allure. As a result, Aditya and Neha grow apart. Then the unimaginable occurs. Riya is killed. Aditya is detained by the police (Kelly Dorji and Hemant Pandey) after the suspicion arrow points in his direction. Aditya is being watched and threatened with blackmail because of his relationship with Riya. Who murdered Riya? Thus, it is ultimately demonstrated that Neha killed Riya in a fit of wrath. As she approaches Riya to ask her to leave her husband, Riya taunts Neha and orders her to leave her home. Neha then kills Riya by hitting her with a vase out of rage. In the end, she escapes punishment for killing Riya and enjoys a happy marriage.
