Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar, the man who drafted the Indian Constitution, is the subject of the film Ek Mahanayak. Babasaheb's life narrative will be serialised on television for the first time. The event will feature motivational elements from Babasaheb's life. The plot of this show will start with Babasaheb's early years. In which Aayudh Bhanushali, a young artist, would be portrayed by Bhimrao Ambedkar. Prasad Jawade will play the youthful Baba Saheb in a later production.The show is directed by Imtiaz Punjabi and stars Prasad Jawade, Aayudh Bhansali, Neha Joshi,Jagnnanth Nivagune, and Zoya Humayun.

Bhimrao Ramji Ambedkar (14 April 1891 – 6 December 1956) was an Indian jurist, economist, social reformer, and political figure. He served as the chairman of the committee that drafted the Constitution of India from the debates in the Constituent Assembly, was the minister of law and justice in Jawaharlal Nehru's first cabinet, and after renunciating Hinduism, he served as an inspiration for the Dalit Buddhist movement.Ambedkar made the decision to start aggressive campaigns against untouchability in 1927. To open up public drinking water resources, he started with rallies and marches. Additionally, he started to fight for the right to access Hindu temples. He led a satyagraha in Mahad to fight for the untouchable community's ability to access the town's primary water tank.  Ambedkar ceremonially burned copies of the ancient Hindu literature Manusmriti (Laws of Manu) in a conference in late 1927 after openly denouncing it for philosophically supporting caste prejudice and "untouchability"
