The plot of the show revolves around Maanvi( Nia Sharma) and Jeevika( Krystal D’Souza), two sisters in this play, who are raised by their parents in affluent Delhi before becoming orphans. When they become orphans, they must live with a traditional middle-class family in Rishikesh. For them, this poses a problem because they need to change their expectations and ambitions as well as their way of living in order to become a permanent member of a regular middle-class family. 

Maanvi is only two years younger than Jeevika, who is the older of the two sisters. Despite the fact that Jeevika is far more mature than Maanvi is, it is Jeevika's duty to watch out for Maanvi. 

Maanvi is very giving and tries to solve everyone's problems, but in the process, she tangles up everything, necessitating Jeevika's constant intervention to save her from these predicaments.
