Breathe is a streaming television series in India that is based on a crime drama. On January 26, 2018, it debuted on Amazon Prime video. After Inside Edge in 2017, this is Amazon Prime Video's second Indian original series. R. Madhavan, Amit Sadh, Hrishikesh Joshi, Sapna Pabbi, Atharva Vishwakarma, and Neena Kulkarni star in the series.

Breathe is a series about the Mascarenhas family, who live a simple life and are content with it. They are like any other Indian family; happy in their own bubble and in peace with the struggles they face. However, tragedy strikes the Mascarenhas family when it is revealed that Josh, son of Danny and Juliet, is suffering from a lung disorder and only has 6 months to live. Danny, played by R Madhavan, is livid by this revelation and tries his best to save his son. As Josh's blood group is AB negative, one of the rarest blood groups in the world, it is difficult for them to find a suitable donor. Danny loses all hope and desperation makes him a different human, no less than an animal and he goes on a killing spree of all AB negative people in the vicinity to find a donor. The police get to know about these mysterious killings and Inspector Kabir Sawant, played by Amit Sadh, is handed over the case. He himself is mourning the loss of his daughter and is devoid of all emotions. He just wants to do his job and has become the no-nonsense guy who everyone fears. 

What follows is a cat and mouse chase between Danny and Kabir which will definitely get your adrenaline pumping by the sheer moments of thrill, murders, revelation and everything in between. It also features a stellar cast of Shriswara, Gavin Metalaka, Shrikant Yadav and Barkha Singh, among others in the lead roles.
