Sharman Joshi, Pooja Chopra, and Tejashri Pradhan feature in Agnidev Chatterjee's Hindi-language film Babloo Bachelor, which was released in 2021. Indradip Dasgupta and Jeet Gannguli wrote the music for the film. The movie premiered on October 22, 2021. It stars Sharman Joshi, Pooja Chopra, Tejashri Pradhan, Rajesh Sharma, Leena Prabhu, and Neeraj Khetarpal in important roles.

The setting for this movie is Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, where a middle-class family has always fantasised about having their son married. In an effort to find his spouse, Babloo has met with a few girls, but none of them have been the ideal fit. Avantika, who had five lovers prior to meeting Babloo, was finally introduced to him. Babloo declines Avantika's appeal for him to reject the marriage proposal. After meeting Swati for a month during a cousin's wedding, Babloo eventually fell in love with her and proposed to her.

On the first night of their marriage, or suhaag raat, Swati leaves a letter for Babloo and leaves a sleeping tablet in his drink. Babloo went to Mumbai in order to track down Swati after seeing an advertisement for her gigs in the newspaper. When Babloo encounters Avantika in Mumbai, he confides in her his affections for Swati and asks her for assistance in getting her back. Avantika reveals to Babloo that she is a nice person despite of her prior relationships, allowing Babloo to pick between the two.
