36 Gunn is an upcoming Marathi drama movie releasing soon in the year 2022 and is written and directed by Samit Kakkad.

Directed by Samit Kakkad, the movie is produced by Samit Kakkad, Manigandan Manjunathan, Mohaan Nadaar under the production banner of Postman Films, Samit Kakkad Films, and The Production Headquarters. The main 36 Gunn cast includes Purva Pawar, Santosh Juvekar, and Vijay Patkar. The rest of the cast is yet to be revealed.

The romantic comedy, which was filmed in 90 locations across London and Mumbai, is based on the conventional wisdom that finding someone who matches all 36 of a person's characteristics makes for a match made in heaven.

The younger generation's viewpoint on the Indian marriage system is presented in the movie. The main characters of the movie are Sudhir and Kriya, who choose to spend their honeymoon in London after having a formal tea ceremony in front of their families, which was observed by Deva Brahmins and blessed by senior citizens. The movie does a great job of capturing the ideology of the current generation. According to the teaser, the movie offers a novel perspective on the Indian marriage system and should make for an engaging watch.

The UK-based production company The Production Headquarters Ltd is getting ready to release their eagerly anticipated Marathi film '36 Gunn' on November 4, 2022, following the success of 'Ti and Ti' and 'Well Done Baby.'
