Krishna G Rao Passes Away

Krishna G Rao, a seasoned Kannada actor who got popular after playing the role of the blind elderly man in KGF, is sadly no longer with us. On December 7th, he passed away in Bengaluru.

Krishna G Rao is well-known for playing the blind elderly guy in the KGF film series, which also stars actor Yash. He featured in more than 30 films and had also worked as an assistant director for decades before bagging the role of the blind man in the KGF franchise. 

Krishna G Rao's Death

According to rumours, the actor died from an illness brought on by ageing. He passed away in Vinayaka Hospital in Bangalore, which is close to Sita Circle. He had a lung infection, which required treatment in the hospital's ICU. Additionally, according to the sources, Krishna G. Rao was at a relative's residence when he was brought to the closest hospital at midnight after claiming to be exhausted.

Celebrities paying tribute to Krishna G Rao

Several celebrities paid their respects to the veteran Kannada actor, who passed away on 7 December 2022. Raveena Tandon, in a tweet, wrote, "Condolences to his family and the entire family of #kgf , #KGFChapter2 . 🙏🏻🕉🙏🏻 ॐ शांति"
