After the success of the 2020 web series crackdown, crackdown 2 was released on 25th May 2023. Instead of Voot, this time the web series is released on Jio Cinema for free. Crackdown 2 is a story of a plane hijack and the RAW agent aces the task to rescue a passenger from the plane. The web series will have Saqib Saleem in the lead role with Mohammed Iqbal Khan, Ankur Bhatia, Shriya Pilgaonkar, and Rajesh Tailang. The web series is directed by Apoorva Lakhia.

Riyaz Pathaan, Zorawar, and Divya, three of the most interesting RAW agents, are back with a high-stakes rescue operation that is full of action. The first episode of the season is a scary hijacking of an ACE INDIA plane with 80 Indian people on board. RP has the hard job of saving the people on the plane, including his ex-wife Preeti. Zorawar, who has been called a rogue, is trying to win back the trust of his fellow soldiers.

Divya, on the other hand, has to deal with the effects of the bomber Maryam's double life. Avantika, the new head of RAW, is coming to work, which is making things even more tense. The agents have to deal with their own demons while heading the task to find the hijacked plane. Along the way, they have to figure out who their enemy is and what drives them. They also have to find out about other horrifying threats that could involve their own.
