Aakhri Sach (Final truth) is an Indian Hindi-language crime investigative thriller television series on Disney+ Hotstar, directed by Robbie Grewal. Produced by Nirvikar Films, the series stars Tamannaah Bhatia in the lead role along with Abhishek Banerjee, Shivin Narang, Danish Iqbal, Nishu Dikshit, Kriti Vij and Sanjeev Chopra. The series is a fiction based on the Burari deaths. Tamannaah Bhatia plays the role of lead investigative officer Anya.The show began broadcasting on 25 August 2023.

In the first episode of the series, Anya, a tenacious police officer, is introduced as she successfully apprehends a crafty criminal engaged in a credit card scam. Her career path, however, suddenly changes when her boss asks her to look into a puzzling case involving 11 family members who unfortunately passed away at the same time. As Anya looks into the matter more, what at first seems to be a group suicide, turns into a more strange situation.
The show uses flashbacks to reveal the Rajawat family's past as the plot develops. The patriarch of the family, a former police officer, has a murky past. His son Bhuvan's involvement in an apparently unimportant occurrence turns out to be a key factor in his demise.
Aadesh, Bhuvan, Babita, and Kavita Rajawat are the main characters of the story. Less than a week after Babita's daughter Anshika gets engaged, the unpleasant episode occurs. As detectives work to solve the mystery of the family's untimely death, initial suspicions center on Anshika's fiancé, Aman. However, the story's layers are complex, revealing that there is more going on than meets the eye.
A family plagued by secrets, unexpected twists, and hidden intentions is painted in a melancholy portrait as the series progresses, weaving a tapestry of the past and present.
