Pallavi overhears the Nurse telling the Receptionist about Ranbir at the start of the episode. The Nurse informs the Receptionist that his condition is severe and that he recovered just as his wife held his hand. According to the Receptionist, Prachi adores Ranbir; when she brought him here, she fought with everyone to admit her husband, argued with the doctor and requested him. She claims that the doctor agreed to accept him after seeing her tears. Otherwise, the doctor would never take the gunshot case without informing the police.
